Pricing

Pay per unit. Nothing else.

Rentisha is a per-unit subscription platform. You pay a monthly fee for each unit under management — not per user, not per feature, not per API call. The subscription rate is determined by three factors.

Factor
How it works
  • Units under management

The primary pricing driver. Your monthly subscription = units × per-unit rate. Volume tiers reduce the per-unit rate as your portfolio grows. Every unit added lowers the blended cost per unit.

  • Subscription tier

Determines which features are included. Standard covers core rent collection, compliance, and portfolio management. Professional adds AI leasing, SMS, Rentisha Reach, vacancy marketing, and automatic disbursements.

  • Contract term

12-month agreements carry no discount. 24-month agreements attract a 5% discount on the monthly subscription. 36-month agreements attract a 10% discount. As a founding client, your rate is locked for the full initial term regardless of future price increases.
